Here’s What You Need to Start Using
Amazon Alexa* with Your Acura:
1. Ensure Your Vehicle is Compatible
Alexa integration with AcuraLink is available on all 2023+ model year vehicles* that are compatible with AcuraLink subscription services.
*Select 2019-2023 model year vehicles may also be compatible.
2. Get a AcuraLink™ Account with an Active Remote Package*.
An active Remote Package can be either a complimentary trial or a subscription.
*If you do not have a AcuraLink account you can enroll by downloading the AcuraLink app to your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play.
3. Follow the Instructions on the Alexa Skill Download Page to Link Your Account.
Requires an Amazon account and compatible Alexa device.

What is AcuraLinkTM?
The AcuraLinkTM* application and enrollment service will provide you with an abundance of free or subscription services to connect your vehicle to your compatible phone. It is available to download from the Apple AppStore® and Google Play™ stores for most of 2014 and newer Acura vehicles.
Is my vehicle compatible with the AcuraLinkTM app?
Compatibility will vary depending on the model and trim level of your Acura. To check your vehicle’s AcuraLinkTM* compatibility, click here and select your vehicle’s model year, model and trim from the dropdown lists.
How much does AcuraLinkTM cost?
To view AcuraLinkTM* pricing, click here and select your vehicle’s model year, model and trim from the drop-down list. Pricing will vary depending on the package chosen.
How do I enroll in AcuraLinkTM?
To begin enrollment, you will need to have your MyGarage ID and password, then download the application to your compatible Apple® or AndroidTM mobile device and create an AcuraLinkTM* account.

How do I obtain, verify or update my PIN?
Contact Acura Client Relation at 1-888-922-8729 to verify and/or reset your PIN.
Why am I unable to log into my AcuraLinkTM app?
Your email or password may be incorrect. Contact Acura Client Relation at 1-888-922-8729 to verify your email. If the email and password are correct.
Why am I unable to view my remote features on the application?
Check compatibilities selecting your vehicle’s model year, model and trim by clicking here. If compatible, please contact Acura Client Relation at 1-888-922-8729 for further assistance.
Why is the recall notification still showing after I had the recall completed?
It may take up to 30 days after a recall is completed for the notification to disappear from the AcuraLink™* app. If you have any further questions regarding recall completion, please contact Acura Client Relation at 1-888-922-8729.

Only compatible with certain devices and operating systems. Devices, cables and adapters are not included and must be purchased separately. Cellular data and/or voice charges may apply, including roaming charges and/or other amounts charged by your wireless carrier. Some laws prohibit the operation of electronic devices while operating a vehicle. Launch applications and perform other operations on electronic devices only when the vehicle is safely parked. Certain functionalities may be locked while vehicle is operational. Registration required. Application download may be required. Depending on use, AcuraLink can transmit to Acura and its providers: (i) a vehicle’s location, speed and other operating conditions; and/or (ii) information that may be tied to the vehicle identification number (VIN). HandsFreeLink-bilingual Bluetooth wireless mobile phone interface may be required for certain services, features and/or applications.
